27/11/17 - Volunteers have unveiled a brand new homeless shelter - in a converted double decker bus. The vehicle has been transformed from a 72-seater bus into a shelter complete with 12 beds, fitted kitchen and toilet. The bus was unveiled to the public for the first time today (Sunday) before being moved to a local church in Portsmouth, which will run it as a shelter as part of a project to help the homeless. The touching transformation is the brainchild of Sammy Barcroft and Joanne Vines. Pictured is the downstairs seating area.
